Local and Regional IOCS clubs will be formed as the need arises to service members and develop the Sharing Community in their local communities. These clubs will fulfil one or both of two roles. For those in the locality of an IOCS project, the primary (but not exclusive) objective will be to service and enhance the value of the land in which members invest as part of the project. For those in the locality of the primary residences of large numbers of members, the focus will be on promoting the consumer network and the ancillary creation of jobs and opportunities. This is in fulfilment of the IOCS dedication to cushioning members against the volatility of free markets and realising a true self-sustaining community.
IOCS Vanuatu is the first local IOCS club.
