Project information

Knowing that great locations are the winning route to success, IOCS has secured a pristine waterfront parcel located on the east coast of Espiritu Santo Island. Toa Turtle Bay will be a residential resort community of 200-300 homes with a marina, hotel/spa, hospitality and commercial facilities. Comprising over 250 acres, Toa Turtle Bay boasts beautiful beaches and some of the best coral reefs in the world. This project represents the second to be sold and the first to be built of 16 projects on our existing secured land with further projects to follow. Toa Turtle Bay is intended to be the flagship for our Vanuatu project.
